We ship the Soothe Belt to addresses in the EU, UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada, and Australia.

How long does it take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking number you can follow on the carrier's site.

How much does shipping cost?

• Free tracked shipping on orders over €35 (every single-belt order qualifies — the Soothe Belt is €39.99, or €35.99 with WELCOME10).
• Flat €4.99 on orders under €35 (rare, only applies to add-on items if we add accessories later).

Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging — there's no mention of cramp relief, menstrual products, or our brand on the outside of the box. Just a regular parcel.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped within the EU, UK, and Ireland do not incur additional customs fees. For deliveries to the USA, Canada, and Australia, any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility — though our packaging value rarely triggers them.

My order hasn't arrived

If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days or your order hasn't arrived within the timeframe above, email us at hello@soothecare.eu with your order number. We'll either chase the courier or send a replacement — whichever's faster.

Tracking glitches happen, but every order is fully covered. You won't lose money on a missing parcel.

Wrong address?

Email us within 2 hours of placing the order at hello@soothecare.eu. After that, the order is already in the warehouse pipeline and we can't change the address. If a package returns to sender because of a wrong address, we'll refund you minus return shipping (~€8).
