By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose — please read them.

## Who you're dealing with

This site is operated by **Soothe**, a sole trader registered in Ireland. Contact: **hello@soothe.shop**.

## What we sell

The **Soothe Belt** — a wearable cramp relief device using gentle heat and vibration. It is a **wellness product**, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, or any other condition. If you have a medical concern, talk to a doctor.

## Who can buy

You must be **at least 16 years old** to place an order, and 18+ to use credit options like Klarna. By placing an order you confirm the billing details you've provided are accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method.

## Pricing & payment

All prices are in **euros (€)** unless your store currency is set otherwise. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (where available in your region). Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments and the relevant processors. We don't store your card number.

## Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send the dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch if:
- The item is out of stock
- There's an obvious pricing error
- We suspect fraud
- The order can't be shipped to your address

If we cancel an order, you get a full refund, immediately.

## Safe use of the belt

- Don't use on broken or irritated skin
- Don't use while sleeping
- Don't use if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, or are recovering from abdominal surgery — talk to your doctor first
- Don't submerge in water (rated IPX5 — splashes only)
- Don't disassemble or modify the device
- If the device gets hotter than expected, smells of burning, or behaves oddly — turn it off and contact us

Misuse of the device voids the refund and damage guarantees.

## Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, code, and design on this site are owned by Soothe (or licensed to us). You can share links freely, but please don't copy our product descriptions or images to use for your own commercial purposes. If you want to write about us, link to us — we'd love that. Email us if you need press materials.

## Reviews and user content

If you leave us a review or send us a photo/video of you using the belt, you give us permission to repost it on our site, social media, and ads. We won't use your full name without your permission. You can ask us to take it down at any time by emailing **hello@soothe.shop**.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost wages, missed events, etc.).

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of **Ireland**. If we ever have a dispute we can't sort out amicably, it'll be heard in the Irish courts.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. If the changes are significant, we'll email anyone with an active order or newsletter signup.
